GrowAbility: Wednesday 3rd September 2025

Noah was on a harvesting mission today.

An abundance of red and yellow tomatoes and beetroot (not just the root but the young leaves on top which can be eaten too).


We took the rusty leaves off the leeks and harvested some so as to thin out and give the others more space to fatten up.


We picked some Spring onions and gently washed the soil off the roots. Lisa made a gorgeous pan of pasta sauce using only veg harvested on our plot - it was wonderful!
