What we didn’t know when we started Magical Music Man Mondays with the marvellous Nicky New, was that not only would she inspire us to use our voices, learn to play lots of different instruments, and to gain the confidence to perform in public, but that she would also be looking after our physical well being by including an element of keep fit in our sessions!!
