Tonight, we had a fabulous time at Squire Archery in Thriplow 🏹 Practising the skill of holding a bow to shoot arrows at the target. The basic goal is to shoot arrows as accurately as possible. In target archery, archers stand at a fixed distance from a circular target with colored scoring rings. It was another wonderful GrowAbility session this week, and it was brilliant to welcome Joel back. He quickly got stuck in, working hard across both plots and making a fantastic contribution throughout the day. Back on the main plot, Claire, Charis and Esther were all incredibly helpful as they worked together to cut back some of the overgrown areas. Our members are very excited this morning: looking forward to a day on the canal boats with CanalAbility We met at the Lord Butler Fitness & Leisure Centre and travelled by minibus to our destination.
