GrowAbility: Wednesday 22nd April 2026

The Grow Ability team (Matthew, Barry, Esther, Claire, Tristan Julie and Charis) had a busy one today:

We welcomed our lovely new (and very first!) operations manager Emma šŸŒ± it was so nice to welcome her to the group!

We planted a variety of pepper and chili seeds. Watered the WHOLE plot. Weeded the raised bed and

šŸ„¬ Harvested heaps of ā€œvolunteerā€ lettuce (the flavour is incredible!).

šŸŒÆ Built-our-own fresh wraps for a team lunch. And then šŸ§ Celebrated Julieā€™s 61st birthday in the sunshine!

Happy Birthday, Julie! šŸŽˆ Thanks to Support workers Mitch and Laura - and of course the lovely leader Lisa at Dig It Community Allotment

for being part of our garden family.
